Is Aqib Talib the best DB in the NFL history?

Been watching a ton of NFL this season and there really doesn't seem to be a better NFL defensive secondary player than Aqib Talib.

Wish we could get our hands on him.

I was shocked. After what Cinci did to the packers, I thought they were going to savagely rape my Brownies. But, the defense for the Browns, is very Chief esque.

It's one of those games where you're like... "well, i guess the Chiefs have just the Broncos and Pats to worry about moving forward."

I thought Cinci was a threat but after today I'm not so sure.

Im a KU fan and everything but Sherman is quite noticeably better than Talib. There is probably a handful of CBs right now better than Talib bit he certainly has came a long way and risen to the top.

I'd say he's playing the best ball of his career for sure. Talib is definitely in the mix as the best cover corner in the league, IMO.

Talib's a good corner, especially in press man, but he's not the best in the NFL. Sherman, Peterson and Revis (when he's healthy) are probably the top three.

Thanks for the opinions everyone. Very interesting to see how this guy ranks in light of what we witnessed last night.

Incredible one way or another.

Talib certainly has upped his game, but he's still a notch below Sherman and Revis.

He's in the top 5 for sure, but it's Sherman, and the other 4.
