If you really want to make some excellent and unique wings that are not so messy and everyone will eat, go for Lemon Rosemary Grilled Wings
I had them at a few restaurants and the flavor is awesome. Here are a couple if recipes that could work http://www.thehungryhousewife.com/20...ken-wings.html http://www.food.com/recipe/rosemary-...n-wings-507220

I do Alton Brown's method of steaming the wings for about 10 minutes to render out the fat, then cool them down for awhile in the fridge. Then bake on a sheet covered with parchment paper for 40 minutes at 350. They come out nice and crispy. Franks red hot with butter and garlic for the sauce. I prefer them made this way over any restaurant made wings. The down side is it takes a long time to make and if you make a lot of them you need a lot of cooling space.

My thing is having any number of bowls out so I can make the wings "to taste" for my guests. I start with three types already made (Hooters-hot, Hooters Mild, and Honey Teriyaki), and I guess it's 5 since I also offer "plain" fried and "plain" grilled too. The initial hooters wings are fried and the Honey Teriyaki are grilled, but after that I'll make them any way they want them. So I fry some, and grill some others, after that it's a "how do you like yours?" Lord only knows if my neighbors will starve if the Chiefs are ever in a Super Bowl because if they are, I'll prolly actually focus on the game instead of cooking... But I say when it comes to wings, you might as well just pick what you like from the shelf and let it go. |

My friend made an amazing sauce with lime, habenero sauce, brown sugar, and honey. Hot as hell, but just as tasty.

I found these new frozen wings at my Sams Club.
Called Mad Wings - Memphis Dry Rub Wings. 4 lbs for 14.00 The rubs not on them but you shake it on later if you want it. I like them plain with out the rub (too salty). Just put in the oven and spray some Pam on them first. Just like frying. http://www.samsclub.com/sams/memphis...rod11110741.ip |

Looks delicious, all of the veggies should add a ton of flavor... what is all of that, scallions, garlic and peppers?
