Sutton "retires" at the end of the season, Andy Heck is let go, Houston is either franchised or walks in FA. Eric Berry gets re-signed. Chiefs overpay for CB and OT in 2015 off season. Team drafts a CB to replace Sean Smith in the first round if Alex Smith re-signs .

If he holds to his overpaid deal he walks in FA and KC is forced to draft a QB in the first.

4 or 5 wins in '15 if Alex walks, 6-8 if he stays next season.
