Yep, exactly. I stated this in the other thread I started about Atlanta sucking. We walked to the tailgate in the sun in 90 degree heat with high humidity. Then we discovered it wasn't going to happen so we had to walk back towards the dome. My wife was roasting by that point. We found the first place that had AC that we could get into. Ended up spending a small fortune on a couple of sandwiches and a couple of beers at that point.

Let me see if I have this correct
BRC and company organize and take money for tailgate that was supposed to be manned by ATL Kingdom peeps-before confirming they had the manpower to pull it off.
BRC and ATL Kingdom can't find enough people to man tailgate so.....
ATL Kingdom hires a caterer that the OPPOSING team recommended and send her money. She is a no show. After the fact BRC learns she has done this before.

A couple of observations-
Your first clue should have been her name BIRD LADY
It is best to do your own research and not depend on someone who answers the phones for the FALCONS to recommend a caterer
Last but not least- y'all took the money and did not provide the service. Those who paid should not have to wait on you to sort it out for a refund. They need to be made whole NOW.

Maybe this is standard protocol, but why exactly are the Falcons trying to shield this fraudster from legal action? Hired on their recommendation despite doing the same thing before allegedly, then want folks to hold off and sort it out in house? Sounds like there's some shenanigans afoot. That lady probably knows someone on the Falcons staff that helps perpetrate this nonsense.
