Cassel did, does, and will always suck

I had backed off on my Cassel hate in the second half of the season because he actually started to play with a modicum of competence. But I never stopped being wary of him, because he was playing well against shitty, shitty ****ing teams.

But today is proof positive that Cassel is NOT the answer. He will NOT be a franchise quarterback. He simply doesn't have the ability or the intelligence that is required. He never really progressed this season; he just managed to not shit himself against the NFC West.

Can we all just agree that he's not the answer? Please?

Very true. But he does this whenever the Chiefs get down and it REQUIRES him to throw them back into the game. He just folds, looks tentative, and the sacks and interceptions just start flowing. He just isn't built to come from behind.

Do you honestly think he is going to be gone next year?? We can complain all we want, and keep pressing for another quarterback, but like it or not, this is the guy ***** and co. are committing to.

At least for now. I'd be very surprised if they replace him this season.

I don't think it has anything to do with toughness. They're still a very tough football team. It's a lot harder to play tough when you're not deep enough of a roster to play 4 quarters.

I know its frustrating. But this a young team. That went from 4-12 to 10-6 in one season. And all of a sudden they're competing against an experienced Ravens squad.

Did you and the rest of the world expect us to win? today's game should be a stepping stone. Something to build on.
