Cassel did, does, and will always suck

I had backed off on my Cassel hate in the second half of the season because he actually started to play with a modicum of competence. But I never stopped being wary of him, because he was playing well against shitty, shitty ****ing teams.

But today is proof positive that Cassel is NOT the answer. He will NOT be a franchise quarterback. He simply doesn't have the ability or the intelligence that is required. He never really progressed this season; he just managed to not shit himself against the NFC West.

Can we all just agree that he's not the answer? Please?

Yes you're right. And thats a testament of fortitude. We were tested in that aspect but failed miserably.

Thats mental toughness. And this team is lacking in that area.

On one of those interceptions, Cassel was given time to make a play and undergoes a meltdown. You could see panic in his eyes and a facial expression which exclaimed, in all likelihood, that he just defecated in his pants.

He just didnt make plays. Hes not awful, but hes never going to be the type of QB who can carry a team on his back and make plays on his own.

Charles getting dinged up really took the Chiefs out of their game.

Besides one Charles run, the entire offense was shit. Complete dogshit.

Barry Richardson and Weigmann have to go. We have to upgrade those 2 spots.

We have to get a 2nd receiver worth shit. Keep McCluster and Tucker around as 3's and 4's.

The future is bright. We will learn from this.

Hopefully we get a coordinator in here who can do something.

I saw Flacco throw a ball to Heap when Berry had perfect coverage on him. Hell, Berry had two hands on the ball as Heap caught it. Did we do that? No. At this level you're going to have good coverage, get over it and throw the ball to you're guys.

The Ravens had the passing game covered exceptionally well. Not even Manning could of did well with that disaster game plan.

I was at the game and I watched the receiver routes very well.

And wouldn't you agree that it takes a QB like that to win a SB?

I just think the best we could ever be is solid. Just never great with that guy.

He just plain shit the bed on his team and panicked. He must have had 10 seconds on one play, and still panicked.

TODD HEAP. One of the best Tight Ends in the game. Who do we have? One game wonder Bowe? A midget and a couple of schmucks off the practice squad? Are yous seriously trying to compare B - More receivers to ours? You know that pass to Moeaki in the f1st Quarter? Heap would have caught that and kept it IN BOUNDS. That's the difference between receiving corps.

Cassel played like warmed over dog crap yes. Now that that is out of the way, so did the Oline, and Wide Outs. But anyone that didnt see this comming need to take off the red glasses. Our needs are still many, but we should give credit to Haley and Pioli and crew for a winning season and a playoff birth.

what we need, in no particular order is a center, tackle and gard on the line, a LB to replace Vrable, another saftey to replace McGraw, and Two Wide Outs to compliment Bowe. and a QB in the 5th round

The real magic will be getting back to the playoffs next year, with a playoff schedule.
