Killer apps for Android?

Since there's an iPhone version, I figured I'd start a Droid version. After being handcuffed by Sprint's SERO plan for the past two years, I finally ordered my LG Optimus S last night. It'll be here in about 24 hours. So, what toys should I play with when it arrives?

Agreed. My only complaint (that isn't their fault) is that a lot of radio stations black out their sports events, so it's not as easy as I'd hoped to find a station to listen to games on when I'm driving across the wasteland that is I-70 in western Kansas.

The TuneIn Radio Pro app adds a recording feature, so you can record live radio on demand or on timer

Got my Epic in today. All those bitching about Sprint CS can kiss my ass. Ordered it around 4 Friday, got it by 1030 today. Couldn't get it activated online, and took 5 minutes of chat time with CS. Now to get to playing with it.

Fellas,

What are the best android forums? I use this thread as a good base for apps. I'd like to learn more about the guts of the phone and what I can do to customize it to my satisfaction.

Any and all suggestions welcome.

i prefer XDA. just find your device in the list and look in that development forum to see what they've got for it

http://androidforums.com/ is another good one.

Broken down by phone type. the "All Things Root" in each forum is killer.
