You won't have to. But others will probably have the better weapons and perks way before you if they do it right.

Hell, I would probably spend the extra money if you pay to unlock shit that stays unlocked each prestige.

usually I never buy new games; only every now and again do I buy them right as they come out. I usually wait for the price to come down a bit.

so, I'll most certainly not buy the DLC; and depending on how the DLC impacts the game for those who aren't buying DLC....I might not get it at all if that stuff screws with the balance.

MW3 already has 4 times as many pre-orders in the first week of pre-orders than Black Ops did in the first week. Nobody is going to be playing Battlefield 3 when it comes out.

MW3 will outsell BF3 5:1 unless EA decides they want to drop some bank on advertisement.

BF3 looks significantly better and the campaign looks to be grounded in reality unlike MW2/3.

This. COD has a grip on this genre and they aren't letting go. Too many people play COD and are use to how it plays. BF3 looks like the better game to me though.

I ****ing HATE the Noobtubes in MW2. If they don't do anything about the noobtubes my choice will likely heavily sway towards BF3

When I went to Gamestop to pick up L.A. Noire they both had over 300 pre-orders

I hope this game is a lot more like MW2 and COD4 than B'Ops. I have faith they will make this a great game. I loved Black Ops for a few weeks, but got sick of it fast. I could have played those other two forever. Only reason I don't is my friends don't... and I hate playing with people I'm not a team with.

This CP PS3 clan better be legit! Because me and my friends would usually play about 20 games, winning at least 15 by huge margins, still winning the other five and we would all quit for the night because winning so much got boring.

Which one comes out first?? If BF3 comes out a month or even 3 weeks before mw3 and people are in to it they will keep their character going..

If mw3 comes out first, bf3 is ****ed and should just push it back four to six months..
