Huh. I turned it off after five minutes guess I'll leave it on for the next 30 minutes and see if that helps.

Well, good luck. I really don't know that much about how it works, but that's how the web interface worked.

If nothing else, you'd think they'd have a way built in to manually override it.

Maybe they were just having a problem with the Redzone Channel because I just turned on the Chiefs game and have had no issues so far. It honestly looks just like it would if I was watching it on my local CBS affiliate.

Mine keeps jumping all around, like back and forth in time.......horrible, unacceptable....i will definately call and complain. I have a 6M download. It shouldnt be this bad.

Great disappointment! Got increasing worse, heavy buffering, skipped plays (except for commercials).

This is too much, I wonder if there is some grand telephone number to call and bitch about this.

I have 14.9 down and 2.5 up and it pauses like crazy. Long pauses. I think all of direct tv sunday go is having a problem though. Trying to log on through computer and it is taking forever to load.

This isn't as much a BW problem as it is with Sony/Sunday ticket. I use Roku, Visio streaming and PS3. All HD quality and I have had no significant problems. I will be hunting down those responsible.
