Elder Scrolls V
So the guys at Bethesda let it slip a few months ago that Elder Scrolls V was in the works for 2010, and a friend said he read a possible release in 2009... I'm looking for the article, but I'm friggin' STOKED about a new Elder Scrolls game coming out in the next 12-18 months!!!

I think they can learn a lot with the successes and failures of their previous landmark releases like Morrowind, Oblivion and Fallout 3 and make ESV an absolute KICK ASS game!

I'm at either 34 or 35 now. Finally past the mustplayeverywakingminute phase.

It's amazing how much I haven't done yet - still haven't made contact with the assassins or thieves guilds, just started the mages college stuff.

North of Winterhold. I think I'm level 33... not sure. I've also gotten past the "must play every moment" phase. Yesterday, I actually took a break for a few hours and caught up on the DVR.

I wish my guy would level slower. Seems like I'm gaining levels too fast doing unimportant stuff like blacksmithing, healing, lockpicking and selling stuff but my Heavy Armor and One-Handed are lagging.

I don't know how many hours I've already drained in this, but I'm not even out of Whiterun yet. I think Bethesda outdid themselves in this game as far as scale goes. This thing is just absolutely ****ing massive in terms of content. I would have given this game an A+ if they had gotten their loot system right.

Finally experienced my first dragon in whiterun. only a lvl 4 when i met him but i walked right through him. Hit him with my lightning until he was low then 1 shot finished him with my mace.

Pretty awesome so far.

Yeah, that one was pretty easy. Most of them have been pretty easy so far actually. It just annoys me when they fly around... I don't use any offensive spells (the only spell I ever use is healing myself) and my bow does shit for damage to that thing. I have to wait till one lands and then I bumrush the **** out of it using my 2 axes. Do a bunch of damage and it takes off again. GAH! Stay put, you stupid ****ing dragon!
