Yeah, so I saw a lot of movies this weekend.

Elizabeth: The Golden Age - Mediocre, at best. Slow and dragged on. Shorten it to 2 hours and it's golden. It's not, so it fails.

Michael Clayton - Amazing. Everything about it is awesome. However, it's VERY complex and mind bending. You have to think, so be prepared. I still feel like I'm missing key details of exactly what happened. Gotta see it again.

Across the Universe - Perfect is one word that comes to mind. It just works. And, contrary to many people I bet, the movie is best viewed sober. Trust me.

Hell of a movie to score your first time out, considering all the co-stars she has in it.

I thought the same thing. She did a great job and was easy on the eyes (her thighs will make your mouth water).

Watched 3 movies over the weekend

Super 8.....meh,definitely not for me.

Moneyball...Good movie although I think it's a little overhyped.

Warrior...Predictable yes but I loved it,one for the collection and watching again.

Went to Red Tails this last weekend.

Writing, storyline, and acting are over done a bit but the areial scenes are good.

Just finished watching Hachi about a man and his best friend.Two thumbs up just a great movie but fair warning if you love dogs prepare to get a lump in your throat.

Moneyball - Actually made me kind of care about baseball again. But I'm over it now.
Real Steel - much better than I expected though I would rather

Friends with benefits - chick flick but Kunis made it bareable. No, that isn't a typo.

Fright Night - better than expected but I still prefer the campy original. Colin Farrel was a great vampire though.
The Debt - to be honest, it was good but got boring in parts. The story itself is very good.

I don't know. The whole Bruce Willis inclusion seems off to me.

Real steel was good. It was worth the buy to me. I will get tired of it soon though because my son loves it and has already watched it three times.

I'm going to watch 1911 tonight, its about revolutionary China & stars Jackie Chan, i'm looking forward to see him doing something besides hamming for the camera & doing implausible stunts.

It looks like it'll be a meaty role for him & if the box isnt lying, very precise in its period depiction, 'no production expense spared'.

I've been meaning to give that a try, but I moved on from Jackie Chan when I saw Ip Man. ****ing great movie and a really nice sequel.

Real Steel - much better than I expected though I would rather Spoiler! have seen them win. Kind of tired of the whole being saved by the bell to retain the championship belt. Done too much.
