It says in the first line that we have held preliminary talks with them about the pick.

I would love for them to be able to put a package together to move up, but them simply taking it far enough to talk about that big a move is basically waving goodbye to Matt Cassel just a little more and that, to me, is exciting.

The reason I posted the article that the KFFL link has listed as its source....

was because no where in it does it say the Rams and Chiefs have talked.

Its the reporter speculating, and then KFFL picked it up and made the headline sexy.
