This is not true at all. The idea of a document scan coming up with individual vectorized elements in it is a joke. It would be awesome if vectorizing was as simple as that, but it's not. Well, I am a Graphic Designer who mainly works in Adobe Illustrator. I downloaded the .pdf document to see for myself. It is true it is all layers. I already posted what I thought leaving the possibility they were cleaning up a document in poor condition.

That green paper was not vectorized. A scanned document does not come into Illustrator vectorized. You'd have to use the trace tool to convert a photographic image with pixels to vectors. That would create one shit load of anchor points with that green patterned paper. It would all remain on one layer too, unless the user selected some and moved them onto a new layer. That is done manually. A scanned document would come with pixels in it as a .jpg, .pdf or .png or whatever it was originally. It may be linked or embedded in the document.

I'll let them have their laugh. They can spend their time and money on the myth of Obama's non citizenship. Matter of fact, I wouldn't be surprised if the Dems aren't the one's putting out that info. just to keep it burning.
