In law school, tests are graded anonymously. If Obama did graduate with distinction, or with high honors, or in some high rank of the class, it was not because he was black, but because he did well on tests.

This is true. My thesis director was an unabashed Marxist. Of course, the rest of the department thought he was a freak and made fun of him behind his back for it... but he certainly was a Marxist.

Was never a big fan of Bill or his group but one must recognize a well connected effective group with connections everywhere when you see one. If there was dirt to find I have every confidence they would have found it.
