Been a while since we had a guns n' ammo discussion.


Some of you are AR shooters Im sure. Im looking at a Colt 6920. Will be my first AR. Picked up a Glock this fall and really enjoy shooting it. Any feedback on that weapon?



Anyone else been in a buy/sell/trade mood with hardware?

Kel-Tec Sub2000 comes in 9mm, .40 and .45, uses pistol magazines (barretta, glock and a couple other options) AND the thing folds in half.

That kel tec in 40 is awesome. uses glock magazines.

Anybody looking for a $350-400 compact. Look no further than a kahr cm. A dream gun, 3.1" barrel, 2 tone, 5+1 single stack mag, just an incredible gun. The PM model is even better.

I actually got it from my local gun shop. I do quite a bit of business there and they had just gotten two in(one of which they were keeping), so they hooked me up with a good deal on it.

Personally the only mods I'm probably going to do is get wood furniture when they make it(and dye it russian red) and then put on the non-nutered gas sight block that I've already got(the ATF made them grind off the front rail).

Anything you'd want I'd order now, it can be a while to get anything. It took me almost three months to get my israeli desert eagle. This gun was originally imported by legion usa out of FL.

Those do look pretty cool. Having a chuckle remembering the FPS Russia video where he shot one of these after getting maced.

If I'm getting anything Kel-Tec, however, I'm holding out for that new shotgun.

Yea kel-tec has some nice things although I only want the new shotgun if they make it semi-auto.

I am drooling over this though....benelli finally non-nueatered it!

Should be done this year. I'm looking forward to it since my brother is a LEO south of Hillsdale and I live in Overland Park so it's a place we can meet up to do some shooting.

A rifle blows up at a Transylvania County shooting range, sending metal fragments into its owner's face.
Gunsmith Brandyn Langston was restoring a rifle made in the '30's.
He took it to the Bear Arms range near Brevard to test fire it.
Range video shows him struggling with the rifle's stiff action, but successfully firing five rounds.
But the sixth round blows up in his face, showering him and the camera with shrapnel.
Langston says safety equipment kept him from losing his eye and hearing in his right ear.
He still has a piece of metal from the gun embedded in his cheek.
He says the gun metal could have been weakened, or he made a mistake loading the cartridge that exploded.
Experts say this kind of accident is extremely rare.

UPDATE: UPS showed up with these about 10 minutes ago, so I grabbed 3 rounds and headed to the backyard. WOW, just wow!! These things MAKE LESS NOISE THEN MY PELLET GUN!!
