KU let Aqib Talib play.

I don't recall KU "kicking Talib off the team".

I have no problem with having first time offenders being given another chance.

But to act all high and mighty by dismissing a player for multiple offenses but then simply bringing them back on board in the attempt to win more football games is hypocrisy at it's finest. No redeeming quality to it. As if nothing from the Penn State situation has been learned.

Let's just hope what's being talked about isn't true.

KU doesn't care about competition with Missouri. KU cares about what it does nationally.

That's why a program like KU finishes 23rd in the country and MU is well.....nowhere.

I think it's time MU stopped worrying about KU so much and actually starting winning. Just a thought

yeah, slightly different. He never got kicked off the team but failed multiple (more than 3) drug tests.

I don't think you can equate failing drug tests to the Penn State situation. As long as they aren't PEDs I don't really care.

Don't know how else to tell you no one at Kansas really cares. Thought this has been covered.

I'm so jacked for this season. While odds are pretty good we still wont make a BCS Bowl, this could be one of the best seasons ISU has ever had in football. We will also have a great basketball team too. Plus the Chiefs are looking up, oh baby what a year this could be for me!

Sorry to burst your bubble, but ISU isn't even making a bowl game.

Vegas puts their win total at 4.5.

I think we were projected to win two the last few years. I'm not too worried since this is the first time Iowa State has actually looked like a B12 team with all the size and speed across the board.

This is essentially the college version of the Chiefs, great defense and great running game this year with an abundance of weapons at WR. It all depends on the QB, and even Jantz is more talented than Cassel.
