No. I said he was a solid FA signing. He was our 4th or 5th best CB on our team behind Champ, Tracy Porter, Chris Harris and MAYBE Omar Bolden.

He was good enough to be on the team but no sense keeping a 10 year vet around as the 4th or 5th string corner when you got a couple of decent young guys behind him.

You had that post typed up a few weeks ago but you were hoping Knowshon would be cut. Knowshon is a good player. He plays like Walter Payton did when he had the ball, he never gives up and will fight you until he goes down. I'm not saying he is anywhere near as good as Walter Payton was, I'm just saying they play with the same mentality.

Donnell Bennet played the same way. That makes him a great RB.

He wasn't as shifty as Knowshon is and wasn't as good in the passing game as Knowshon. The smartest thing Knowshon did this offseason was put on weight, last year he tried losing weight to be faster but the added size suits him much better.
