Sporting Kansas City was eliminated from MLS Cup contention after losing to Houston 2-1 aggreagate over the span of two games. They finished the year as US Open Cup Champions and a Kansas City team record of 63 points.

Looking ahead at this team is interesting as well. We prob lose Espinoza at the end of the year though Robb is adament he is doing everything he can to keep him and keep him happy and he isn't one to blow smoke so who knows maybe we hold on to him. I know he enjoys KC but...I would still bet on Espinoza being out.

Jimmy has another few years in him and surprisingly enough it seems as though Collin has found his home in KC. The guy just got his green card and I think he is really happy where he is. I had him pegged as a potential loss but Collin could be on our backline to stay. Zusi and CJ are locked down pretty hard and Kei isn't going anywhere.

I have no idea what they are going to do with Teal and his injury. We have all these forwards we like but none we love. Saad and Dwyer continue to be the young guys doing work to get mins behind our vets. Everyone else loves Saad's play a whole lot more than I do.

I imagine this is Julio's Cesar's last year with the team...I think next year you will see Rossel as a starter.

Julio Cesar's huge salary coming off the books will make keeping Espinoza or Collin easier, that's for sure.

My guess? Wigan in the EPL or a top Mexican team.

It is possible. Some mid to low level EPL team. I would down in Spain bc I don't see his style of play translating.

I like Julio but think he's probably done. What about Convey? He's earned a wonderful salary and a medal sitting on the bench all season. What a bust he turned out to be. When I think of how little money Sinovic makes compared to Convey it doesn't seem right. Yes, I know Convey had the big name but it hasn't helped SKC as much as Seth has.

You really think Seth has helped that much? He's been a liability this year.. he was solid last year, but this year he's made so many mistakes.
