Just for further clarification, half of that was in overtime when you start from the other team's 25 yard line, and the Clones also managed to run for 200 yards in that game.

He was magical last year, no doubt. But his running game was nails that day and they scored a couple of TDs during overtime as well.

The rest of his season last year was, well, history...

OMG can we just take all Iowa and Iowa State QBs and throw them in a meat grinder? Neither Jantz or Stanzi will never amount to shit. I'm a KU fan but you don't see me going all stupid over a piece of shit like Crist.

That's because you still haven't been able to accept that Todd Reesing isn't an NFL QB after all these years

Les Nessman: Steel, is it?
Steel Hawthorne: Yeah, Steel Hawthorn.
Les Nessman: That's a nice name.
Steel Hawthorne: Thanks. I like to think that a person's name says a lot about the type of person he is. What was your name again?
Les Nessman: Les

So you're saying there's a Jantz?

That Steele's ass will be riding the pine in Ames?

Ames, Ia. -- Who will play quarterback for Iowa State this Saturday at Texas Christian?

It could be Steele Jantz, or Jared Barnett… or both.

Coach Paul Rhoads says he will watch practices this week before deciding if Jantz will remain the starter. He also left open the possibility of using more than one quarterback, as was the case last season against Texas A&M.
