Just saying still going on about PS3 exclusives (which I give the nod to 360 in this category) and online communities (again I give the nod to 360 -despite the 12 year olds - at least there is an actual online community) is funny.
I almost exclusively use my PS3 for blurays, Dark Souls, PSN Games, and Netflix.
I use my 360 when I want to game with buddies.
All other gaming is done on PC.

They each definitely have their place in my home.

Well somehow my account got signed up for the Family Gold pass. REally looking forward to seeing how many hoops they make me jump through to get this canceled and refunded.

Was it the FIFA one, or something different?

They really shouldn't ever sell shit on LIVE that can be given away/sold for real $$$. It's just incentive for hackers.

I have no idea. I wasn't even on the Xbox on the day this happened. but it shows I purchased it on my account.

I had something similar happen. It wasn't a big deal to call them and give them the info, but I had to wait awhile for the refund and getting my account activated again.

Why would they deactivate your account? Don't they just put you back to silver?

6 months ago my xbox live account got hacked. The person put someone elses credit card on my account and bought a bunch of FIFA crap. He also deactivated my account and stole all of my M$ points (4100). It took 2 months for me to get my account back.

Called them this morning and they refunded my money. they asked me what level I intended to purchase and I reminded them that I didn't intend to purchase anything, as I didn't do this. Then I couldn't help myself and said, "this is why I own a PS3"

Nevermind that PS3 had customer data hacked and shut down PSN for how many days.
