That's how I hope it shakes out. I'd put us above WV because they have absolutely no defense; media may disagree. And Florida didn't destroy LSU, so I'd doubt they'd jump to #4.

K-State played an unranked team at home. WV beat the #11 team on the road. I'm willing to bet that they end up ranked ahead of us. That's fine, I'm not really keen on being ranked this high this early in the season anyway. Makes me nervous.

Agreed. But these pollsters seem to go on a week to week basis a lot. Not saying I think that is the way it should be, I just think that is how it will work out.

Polls are worthless at this point. We need to take care of a very determined ISU team, and then get to the part of our schedule that will ultimately determine our fate. The last 6 games of the season are going to be a bitch.

Focus on ISU first. After that, if we beat WVU we will be in the drivers seat in the BIG12 and for the BSC title game.

Truthfully, I would be stunned and happy if KSU goes through that undefeated. If they lose one game, I still think they could win the conference, if the chips fall the right way, and a at-large BCS bid.
