Is there anyone here thats going to the game tomorrow with HD video/photo equipment?
We need video and photos of the banner and, if possible, fan reactions on the parking lot. The phone on my camera just won't cut it. IT would be greatly appreciated. Reply in the thread and get with Wendler to figure out how to transfer the media over to him.

Finally a chance for |Zach| to finally make himself useful around here for a change and he is otherwise occupied.

I would be happy to help but I just don't have interest in going to Arrowhead this year. That and Sporting plays at 3. I do wonder what the Arrowhead photo equipment policy is these days. I would be shocked if I could get my DSLR in there. Some places have a policy that the lens can't be longer than the width of the body which gives some wiggle room. Anyway...all the best.

Plane flies from 10-11. You don't have to go into the stadium for this shoot(so the camera restrictions would be moot). Just get the tailgating experience from fans looking at the banner. I'm sure PR would front the $27 for parking from the donated funds.

How much would you normally charge for 2 hours of this kind of thing?...if you dont get commissioned that way, what would it take for us to hire you? Would we get a minor discount for the purpose for the need for your services?
