The latest 538 simulations have Obama winning 90.9% of the time with an average of 313.0 EC. The popular vote is seen as 50.8-48.3 or a 2.5 point lead for Obama.

The closest state contests are:
Florida 50.3% Obama
North Carolina 74.4% Romney
Virginia 79.4% Obama
Colorado 79.7% Obama
Iowa 84.3% Obama
New Hampshire 84.6% Obama

The following battleground states are now considered safe Obama meaning more than a 90% probability:
Michigan
Pennsylvania
Wisconsin
Nevada
Ohio

Obama has 303 EC at least 79%
Obama has 332 EC at least 50%

Your only prediction is for the final popular vote. You predicted a difference of 6.72% while he predicted 6.1%. The actual total was 6.1%. In addition he picked 49 of 50 states missing only on Indiana which was won by less than 1%. He did correctly pick Missouri, which was won by only 1.3% and North Carolina was by .6%. He even picked a split of Nebraska correctly.

Your program did an admirable job, but it was not as accurate nor detailed as the prediction of 538.

If you're going to quote, don't just quote the little bit out of context. If you're in a party which claims to be fiscally conservative, they also have to be fiscally responsible. You also can't just ignore the ever widening income gap in this country and call it market fluctuations.
