What's the first thing the piss stream media will notice after Romney is inaugerated?

I'm gonna go with homelessness.

It will be front page news for months and all the journalistas will be demanding what is Romney going to do about it.

It really depends on what Congress looks like.

Romney's first course of action would likely be to attempt to repeal Obamacare, which becomes near impossible if the Democrats hold onto the Senate.
