The Opposite of a Direckshun Thread

Consider this chart from powerlineblog.com. The left bar is what has been described by Obama's supporters as a "huge recovery". They generally don't talk about the right bar.

What we have here in this thread, is an OP that claims a statistic is true because a Republican congressman says so. Which, again, is a level of hilarity that deserves a place right alongside you.

Were life a black and white as you want it to be. If only it were so.
I am sure there are probably some minor things that the President has gotten right. But nothing that warrants a second term.

His term as President has been a failure of Jimmy Carter proportions.

Again..answering the ****ing question...what Republicans will get your vote in this election?

What Republicans have ever even ****ing voted for?

You can't answer, because the answer is NONE, and would completely show you for what you are...a partisan shill.

You look very foolish calling a guy out on life being black and white, when you have done nothing but vote D your entire adult life. I have to theorize that that is the case, since you are incapable of answering a simple, direct question.

My point stands.

Now the tune is starting to change.

I never asked if he deserved a second term. Why do all the Republicans in this forum think that complimenting a guy is an auto-endorsement for reelection? I had this exact same conversation with Pete, another damn near clinically partisan individual like you who can't think of one positive thing the President has done.

Of course, you know that's stupid. You know it's hilariously stupid. To deny that Obama has done nothing but bad in four years.

You dislike the guy, fine. You refuse to acknowledge a single positive contribution? For fear that you might be mistaken as an Obama supporter?

Grow up, or grow a set of nuts. Which ever comes first.

Think.

For.

Yourself.

You were pretty much going to theorize that no matter what my answer would be.

The joy of the internet, my friend.

I tried to think of one....but nothing comes to mind. Sorry.

How about this? How about you think for yourself? Try considering a candidate other than ones with the D next to them.

Since you never vote for anyone other than a Democrat, you cannot lecture a single person on this forum about partisanship of thinking for themselves.

You are the MSNBC of Chiefsplanet, but you somehow think you are C-Span.

Still avoiding my questions I see....or maybe you just don't want to admit that you have never voted for anything other than a Democrat.

Swing and a miss. Lousy attempt at misdirection there. But I suppose that will be your excuse to continue to avoid answering simple, direct, questions.

Exactly how far can someone's head be up their own ass?

Seriously. How far.

Hey, I have actually voted for both Democrats and Republicans in major elections in my voting history...can you say the same?

Probably not,...but I will ask again, just in case you did not understand the question:

HAVE YOU EVER VOTED FOR ANYONE OTHER THAN A DEMOCRAT IN A MAJOR ELECTION, AND IF SO, WHO WAS THAT YOU VOTED FOR?

I bet you don't have the balls to answer.

Not assuming, merely drawing a theoretical conclusion based on the data available. The fact that you have purposefully avoided the question also contributes to my theoretical conclusions.

Your solitary argument that you're not a partisan asshole is unprovable. I simply don't believe you.

If life is so black-and-white that you cannot see a single ounce of good in Obama's Presidency, then there's no way you've voted Democrat in your life.

Of course, you can't prove it. And I can't prove it.

Which makes this entire line of questioning hilariously stupid.

Your behavior in this forum is the only evidence we have. And it proves you're a partisan asshole.

I'm sure you're a nice guy and everything. But you're a partisan asshole.

What kind of Orwellian nightmare have we fallen into?

"A theoretical conclusion based on the data available"? THAT IS AN ASSUMPTION.

Sweet god in heaven.

I'm sure you're a nice guy and everything. But you're a partisan asshole.

Says the partisan asshole.

I admit, I have gotten more conservative as I have gotten older. I used to be a liberal Democrat in high school (supported Dukakis in the mock election, before I could actually vote.)

Here is my Presidential voting record...you can call me a liar if you want, but I think more people will believe my honest answers than your lack of answers:
(My first Presidential election was 1992)

92: Clinton
96: Clinton
00: Gore (Lived in MN for this one, was very undecided, and MN was going Gore by a wide, wide margin, I gave him some credit for being part of the Clinton team. After seeing him go of the green edge after this election, I am kind of glad he did not win, but that is a whole other topic.)
04: Bush
08: McCain
12: Romney

As you can see, there is some variety in my Presidential choices. I have this sneaky feeling that we would be in agreement in 92,96, and 00, but probably not in 04,08, and certainly not in 12.

How does your Presidential ballot look since 1992? I bet you won't answer that. You lack the courage to actually admit who you cast your vote for.

So am I a partisan shill? I suppose you could argue that, since on the major issues over the last few years I have leaned Republican.

But, you could also argue against it given my voting history, and the fact that I have already admitted that there is at least one Democrat I am voting for in November. I have also posted that I am very undecided in the MO Senate race. McCaskill does not deserve another term, but Akin has done some very stupid things as well. I do not like either one of them.

I think you can make a solid case I am partisan in this election cycle. Your case that I am a shill....not so much. But at least I am honest and straight forward, unlike you, who hides between catch phrases rhetoric, and cannot even answer a simple direct question.
