Pick the day Pioli gets fired, win all my casino cash

EDIT: New entries will no longer be accepted at midnight tonight

Let's have some fun with this.

I don't have much, so this will be more about bragging rights than anything. If one of you wants to throw up a real prize, be my guest.

Tiebreaker: Name the Chiefs' record at the time of being fired. If you think it's in the offseason, just give us the 16-game record prediction for the 2012-13 season. If the entries are the exact same, I split up the winnings.

If Clark doesn't fire Pioli by draft day 2013, nobody wins. And I mean nobody wins. Everybody loses. And I'm pretty sure most of us will no longer be fans of this team anyway.

Please put your prediction in bold, like this. Here's my official prediction:

Pioli will be fired December 17, 2012.
The Chiefs record at the time will be 1-13

EDIT: MORE incentive-
H5n1 has generously offered more casino cash for the winner. Why not? If any of you get this, feel free to also post the date and time of the presser introducing our new GM so you can have a chance to win an extra 5 mill.
