As I have said before the sanctity of marriage is at stake is a joke. You can get married to a hooker at 4 in the morning by an Elvis impersonator at a drive through in Vegas. The divorce rate is extremely high. I cannot fathom why some men and women are attracted to the same sex. They have however existed as far back as written word. If two adults are productive citizens and wish to marry I see zero problem with it. We have many things to worry about in life and this is simply not one of them~

Every time you talk about this your rage is against two men having sex. Why do you not have the same outrage over gay women? That is just as wrong...oh wait that is kinda hot right?

Lol. Typical right wing argument against homosexuality.

If you thinks homosexuals should have equal rights, then you must be gay.

Better stay away from them. According to your fears, being in contact might turn you gay because of adults approval.

They already have equal rights. All men – whether straight or gay – are free to marry women. All women – whether straight or lesbian – are free to marry men. That's absolute equality.

Homosexuals want additional rights, and I'm willing to support them.

It's a difference in perspective.

All men are allowed to marry the person they love as long as who they love is the opposite sex. What happens if the person they love are not the opposite sex like the majority of people? Then they are in the minority and thereby denied the right to marry the one they love.

That is text book discrimination.

It wasn't an opinion, it was an argument.

No need to get all sandy assed because you can't dispute it.

Theoretically, if gay marriage is universally allowed, wouldn't straight people then be able to be "gay-married" as well? It's not like they require you to prove your gayness beforehand. By your logic, equality would be preserved exactly.

I know exactly what it is, but do you? If a particular church believes in marrying gays, who is the government to stop them? In most parts of the US, they only seem to be supporting the churches that are against it.

Sure. Why not?

I look forward to seeing the impact on Social Security survivor benefits. I support anything that has a chance of bringing us closer to SS insolvency.
