Does falling into a den of wild Painted Dogs hurt as bad as they say?

Every time I walk down the railing around the Painted Dog enclosure, I nearly lose my balance and fall in. I'm worried about how painful it might be if I fell down among those dogs right before their feeding time.

Does anyone have any experience in this area?

All you have to do is have one of those 5lb rolls of ground chuck soaked in AnitFreeze and the dogs will eat it and it will kill the dogs to death.

I saw a few of these dogs when I was in Africa, and they seemed really friendly. I didn't try to pet them or anything, though, and didn't get out of the Land Rover when we drove by them.
