Peacefully grant the State of Texas to withdraw from the United States of America and create its own NEW government.
The US continues to suffer economic difficulties stemming from the federal government's neglect to reform domestic and foreign spending. The citizens of the US suffer from blatant abuses of their rights such as the NDAA, the TSA, etc. Given that the state of Texas maintains a balanced budget and is the 15th largest economy in the world, it is practically feasible for Texas to withdraw from the union, and to do so would protect it's citizens' standard of living and re-secure their rights and liberties in accordance with the original ideas and beliefs of our founding fathers which are no longer being reflected by the federal government.

Many more States are expected to follow.

City boys. You know. Dallas. Fort Worth. These guys stay mostly in the large towns. **** these guys. They're gonna die. Don't worry though. Plenty of people will be coming down from Colorado and Wyoming that are meaner and better armed. The Southern boys in Mississippi/Alabama/Georgia etc. will be coming over too. Don't get in their way.

The Mexicans wouldn't have a chance in Hell.

I don't. I'm assuming that they have help from other countries in the region or they would never bother even trying.

Oh, before I forget, they'd have to fight North through areas held by the drug cartels before they even got to the border. Those cartels probably wouldn't look too fondly on the elimination of clientele.

Here is the problem with that theory. By your own admission: screw the city folks they are going to die. They are also the majority of the population.

It would make a hell of a better remake of Red Dawn than that stupid Korean bullshit too. Texas secedes. They are invaded and fighting off all of Central America. People from all over the US (OK, mostly the ex-Confederacy) head down there to volunteer to defend Texas while the Federal government officially stays out of it.
