Even with the injury to Zimmerman, I think we'll be OK vs Baylor even if it's got to be done in a shootout. Of course any given week.
I've also heard that Lockett isn't definitively out for this week.

Everyone keeps hyping the Baylor passing offense... has me slightly nervous.

But the fact that we've held 4 other top 15 passing offenses in check this season (6td's, 9int's) has me feeling a bit better.

Is Baylor's Defense better or worse than WVU's? Is UT's Defense better or worse than either of those?

Baylor is not considered a "good" defense statistically. Texas, maybe, but they did play against KU, Iowa State, and Texas Tech, so while they look like they have improved, I still have concerns as to how they will hold up defensively.

I mean, Iowa State punked their defensive line with a 4.6 YPC on 31 attempts for 144 yards after all.

the last I've heard is that Lockett is fine, no longer on crutches or bothered.

Zimm is out, had surgery on a broken ankle yesterday, they hope he might be back for the bowl game.

Puetz is out with a broken foot, and Sexton is out with a broken collarbone.

I know Snydz/Dickey have been successful with several OLineman, but I hate to see Puetz out for the stretch run.

That and Whitehair played awful last Saturday. He was consistently beat at the snap. Kind of surprised too. Up to that point, he had played tremendous for a Freshman.

Lockett is good to go on Saturday. Depending on the game plan, his action may be limited, but he will play.

Leaving tonight for the game. I don't imagine I'll have as good of a time as I had in Fort Worth, but I'll damn well give it my best shot
