Does anyone here roll their own cigarettes?

I am just getting into it and it's costing me about $15.00/carton to make my own.

If you do roll your own (RYO) what brand tubes and tobacco do you prefer? What have you tried?

It really is the way to go. Theres just a million different brands of everything, all of which affect the taste and pull of the cigarettes. I'm hoping there are a few that do on this forum to help narrow down the ones I should try or I can help with the few I have tried.

There probably are many forums out there on the subject... I snuff tobacco a little. Take a small pinch of scotch snuff on occasion and sniff it for a nicotine rush...

Yea I just joined one and still looking but the number of posters in each forum is minimal, to say the least.

I can't do that stuff man. I can't stand snorting stuff, my sinuses get all outta whack. Different strokes for different folks.

I used the wrong word earlier, it's sniffing, not snorting, your goal is to just just coat those tiny hairs in the nose for the nicotine rush, if your throat burns, you are sniffing too hard.

Oh and I rarely do it, maybe 2-3 times a week at the most... I have had this 1 can of scotch snuff for about 4 months and it's still 75% full

I saw someone do it a month or so ago and I probably looked at him like he had a d*** growing outta his forehead. But maybe I'll ask him to let me give it a shot and see what your talking about. I doubt I get much of a nicotine rush anymore though, I smoke about a half a pack a day.

I rolled my own with pipe tobacco after I got tired of spending a half hour smoking a pipe. I'd switch it up with cigarette tobacco occasionally. I just used Zig Zags. For tobacco, I generally went with whatever I liked at the time in the smoke shop.

Not sure where you are, but every tobacconist I've visited would let you sample the tobaccos free of charge. They know you're going to buy a few ounces anyway, so it's no problem to let you sample.
