apparently, for what its worth, the 24/7 Maryland site has an article up saying Georgia Tech contacted the Big 10, asking about taking Rutgers' spot.

yep, regarding Clemson, either there's absolutely no interest from us, and/or from them but they have been the main ACC cheerleaders behind the exit fee.

FSU doesn't want to leave unless they have to, and we may be approaching "have to" soon. If its just Maryland and thats it, the ACC could survive, but if it starts to fall apart, I'm thinking the Big 12 would get FSU and Louisville.

Obviously FSU is the get, getting them a partner will be the selling point, which the partner they want, is who it will be. Big XII wont go 14 it will be either back to 12 or to 16. Enough decision makers see the 14 team scheduling problems of the SEC to not be at 14. SEC rather be at 16 and think thats where the Big XII ends up.

Of course it doesn't make sense to you, you have reading comprehension issues. Where did I say NC St had to be convinced to join the SEC? The problem NC St has is the Board of Trustees in NC. But, you go on with your dramatic self!
