Kind of depends on the waiver wire, if there is a good TE out there, get him (Myers, Keller).
But if not, the only one I would consider is Graham - there's no replacement for an elite TE. That being said, with injuries to Gronk and Edelman, in PPR format there might not be a better WR to have for the rest of the year than Welker.
