Dunno how old Tirico is but he might not remember those teams (just like I don't) and I had no idea they were that high scoring.

Even if he didn't know, take a hint with the fact that Dawson is a HOFer. I'm shocked that a HOFer would lead an innovative offense to 23 40 point games? Wow.

2012 Texans schedule - Curious to see who the Texans beat this season.

1 Sep 09 MIA 10 @ HOU 30

2 Sep 16 HOU 27 @ JAC 7

3 Sep 23 HOU 31 @ DEN 25 - Lucky they played the Broncos in Sept. They would never beat them now.

4 Sep 30 TEN 14 @ HOU 38

5 Oct 08 HOU 23 @ NYJ 17

6 Oct 14 GB 42 @ HOU 24

7 Oct 21 BAL 13 @ HOU 43

9 Nov 04 BUF 9 @ HOU 21

10 Nov 11 HOU 13 @ CHI 6

11 Nov 18 JAC 37 @ HOU 43

12 Nov 22 HOU 34 @ DET 31

13 Dec 02 HOU 24 @ TEN 10

Wish the Giants had a schedule like this.

FWIW: Never listen to sports analysts - and to all their hype.

And never watch highlight films - If you want maximum quality watch the games.

I want to apologize to Mike. I just remembered that he's not a Chiefs fan or probably knows anything about any team outside his own growing up and/or not on the east coast. It's not his fault, it's ESPN's. . Go Tebow

The funny thing about tonight's game... if the Colts win out, they now win the AFC South.

That's because they play Houston twice in the last three weeks. And the Chiefs in between, obviously. They win all those games and both teams are 12-4, Colts have the tiebreaker.

Errr....Dawson is a HOFerand a great QB but I think if you asked 100 serious nfl fans (non-chiefs), damn few would guess Dawson. First, teams are more high scoring recently over the last few years in general, second a guy like Favre, who played forever, would have the inside track, third I would've guessed a more high-flying offense type. I think of the chiefs and I think of Dawson, but then it's all guys on defense. More like the 80s Giants teams than the 90s rams or 2000s patriots, if you know what I mean.

No diss on Dawson, just sayin'

I do find it amusing that RGIII and the Redskins overshadow Andrew Luck and the Colts. Of course, Luck and RGIII are rookies and have a lot to learn, especially (Luck) learning when to throw the ball away - However, the media cannot stop the RGIII hype.

Do not watch the Redskins highlight films - watch their games. The key to the Redskins is Albert Morris - but rarely do they give him praise. No doubt, RGIII is dynamic, but unless he becomes a pocket passer, he will not last long in this league.

Just my opinion.
