I need a heavy hitter Crystal person for a 2-3 month project. Location is just north of downtown.

I doubt anyone would leave a full-time job with bennies to take on a short contract job.
I know about a half-dozen guys who'd gladly take on 3 or 4 2~3 month projects per year over a full-time job anywhere. They're full-time 1099ers.
