I agree with 14 teams. I think it's nice that the top overall team gets a bye, but why does #2 get it? Oftentimes they have the same record as the 3 or 4 seed, and the quality gap just isn't there. Plus with division winners automatically getting a home game it's not altogether fair anyway.

We went 13-3 in 2003 and the Colts were 12-4. So we got the 2-seed and the bye. PLUS the home game. And we werne't the better team. Seems a bit unfair.

i rather see the 18 game schedule but only allow players to play 16 games. that would definitely better imo. Back up qb's would have to start in 2 games.
