We have all heard about what happened in Aurora, Co, and I think that Gun Control is going to be a huge topic in the following months.


What measures need to be taken? Do you have any ideas that will help prevent this kind of thing from happening again as it pertains to guns?

Thousand+ people per year used to be murdered in places like NYC, Chicago, Oakland, etc. Now those rates have dropped off the cliff. But the mass media doesn't tend to report much of it because it happens to african americas. Our news is pretty racist, yet another thing we don't tend to like to report.

Murder rates this year in Chicago are reaching epidemic proportions. Frankly the rationale is likely the reason for more reported shootings this year. The economy is so bad that people have lost hope and honestly I'm not sure it's going to get better.

At least that's a stance. No wishy-washiness there. It'll be real, real tough to get that accomplished. Gun ownership is basically a founding aspect of the American character. The 2nd Amendment's purpose, to enable the people to fight off a tyrannical government, is so fundamental to the founding principles of the United States that its in the darn Declaration of Independence right after the whole life-liberty-pursuit-of-happiness bit.
