Forget the draft for now...is Pioli getting fired?

I want to know how many people voted "no" in the other thread because of the Geno stuff vs. how many people honestly believe Pioli will be back.

Since so many people are referencing it and it's buried 6 pages deep in the SOC thread:

I'm at an 85%-90% belief that he'll be gone. Not 100% convinced simply because I think it should be a bigger story, both locally and nationally. IMO, this is the most important first step in getting this team back on track, and I don't think that it's getting enough play from the media.

Babb seems to be the only one really calling for Pioli's head and pointing out his epic failure. Keitzman does occasionally but he's not hammering it home.

While I think the odds are very good that he'll be gone, I still think there's a chance he could be back. If so, I think Clark Hunt is essentially giving the middle finger to this city.

Denver rookie QB John Elway, on Jack Lambert, after Lambert and the Steelers knocked Elway out of his first game as a pro (1983).

He has brought in a few talented players, but they can't play up to ability because he can't bring a good competent coaching staff in to develop them.
Everything you say is true but we are talking about the Chiefs here.

I don't think Clark has made a good decision yet

He is fired already. Like Marty's piece says.

Weeks ago Romeo was saying "I'll make that decision..." Instead of "We'll make that decision..." He was clearly telling us what happened.

In Oakland, the reason he didn't "look fired" was he probably has a new gig lined up and is playing out the run here.

The burden of proof is on you. You're the one here making outlandish claims about the amount of money Pioli is making Clark.

In reality, you're full of crap. Yet I'm not surprised.

Lamar made a lot of that money and he wasn't very proactive.
