God's will is hard to understand but as I look at it there are a couple of ways to talk about God's will:

In the commanded will sense I think. God's judgement on people for violating his commanded will (which he allows but does not allow it as justification for what a person does).

I am not an expert on this stuff, but I try to understand the what and the whys of things and I hope my feeble explantions don't create mis-understndings.

The most important for me is that God sent his Son to die so that man can be saved and that through Christ is the only way man can enter Heaven.

Ironic that you would say that in the way that you say it.

So people that believe creation is stupid? How so. Were you there to validate the lack of creation?

Why is it that you feel creation did not happen as stated in the bible? Also, there is only theory regarding evolution of man. Do you believe that the men that received the inspired word of God to write the bible were stupid? Think about one thing, if the bible is so wrong, why has it lasted the number of years that it has? Ever study the Hebrew and Greek versions?

Oh no, I think you explained it quite well. Dave Lane doesn't think the way that you do or agree with your belief system. No biggie, I don't either, but that doesn't mean we have to have a holy war on here every time we have a difference of opinion. I am more concerned with trying to understand the thought processes of someone who thinks in a radically different way than I do. So thanks for the insight and happy holidays. Peace.

At least you don't seem to be offended by a God that you don't believe in. Some of the other people around here go way overboard trying to sustain an argument about something outside of their belief. I have never understood how someone that doesn't believe in God has so much of a problem with people that do. I've always wondered if they are secretly looking for someone that can explain God to them so they can justify belief. Maybe God has too many rules? If that's the case they should really hate the USA, almost every commandment (10 in number) is covered by the US Code and plus many more that are not covered by God's 10.
