It's a bit ironic that as much Ignorance there is in our fanbase about the ways of building a quality football team, I'd rather be ignorant to knowing that these fools even exist.

I stay away from ESPN, Facebook, and other websites where idiot fans can put in their sh*tty 2 cents. I love my fellow planeteers who "get it". I can deal with the occasional blackbob, but when they are swarming in mass, I can't help but just ignore The Chiefs altogether.

In addition to Geno/Wilson, I'd really like to see us get a top WR in round 2 (Cobi Hamilton, Da' Rick Rogers, Cordarelle Patterson, Justin Hunter) and another redzone target in round 3 (Joseph Fauria).

No, it doesn't.

For three years Geno Smith has shown very good accuracy, pocket presence and touch despite playing in two very different offensive systems.

Then you go and watch the games and he's got that moxie and drive and leadership.

Maybe it's the Andrew Luck thing, maybe it's the race thing. Who knows.

But he should easily be considered the #1 overall prospect in this draft and running away with it. He's better at his position than anybody else is at theirs in this draft - and there is some pretty freaking good players in this draft.

It's all due to his teams record. If the WV defense didn't suck so much ass and they won say 3 more games and finished ranked in the top 25, the media would be going apeshit with how's he is the next big thing. (It was getting there before Texas tech)
