While I have no update on *****, I can inform everyone that within the last 2 hours, Romeo Crennel was "officially" told he is not needed. No specifics were provided to me if this is a termination or a retirement send off but I'm sticking with a structured settlement/retirement for Romeo as I previously reported.

Someone left the light on at Arrowhead tonight. More conversations are taking place.

It's 1:30 in the morning. I'm guessing he's sleeping. As for the rest, what happens, happens. We'll find out "Officially" at 2:00 pm (But probably before that)

Agreed. If both were going we would have heard about it like we did with the Browns. The only two explanations are that either ***** has been retained (which either means he had already signed that extension back in the day or has just been given an extension, because there is no way you retain him with one year left on his deal and expect him to hire anyone else) or that Clark is still mulling it over but saw no reason to drag out Romeo's fate much longer because he was gone either way.

There's a lot of smoke around ***** being retained, so I'm guessing that's what we will hear today. Which means with a new coaching hire, barring another 4-12 or worse season, we have at least two more years of *****...
