Off Season Lets Talk Guns

Been a while since we had a guns n' ammo discussion.

Some of you are AR shooters Im sure. Im looking at a Colt 6920. Will be my first AR. Picked up a Glock this fall and really enjoy shooting it. Any feedback on that weapon?

Anyone else been in a buy/sell/trade mood with hardware?

Watching the prices online for a new XDs, but having trouble finding them in stock and not inflated in price if they are in stock. I haven't tried the local yokals yet, but usually that's a waste of time.

I thought he was mildly crazy when I heard that, but now...........I dunno. Wish I would have jumped on some of the offers for my buddies 5.56 surplus now.
Wait... Let me get this straight.. The guy selling you a product, encouraged you to buy more of that product? And he even provided an unsubstantiated excuse for buying the product now instead of later?

Crazy times......

I picked this up over the weekend at the gun show here in VA. It was chaos. Flat chaos. Still got a solid price on it but damn.

I started the obsession with gun ownership the day after Thanksgiving. Wanted to first get a small gun for home protection so picked up a S&W Bodyguard revolver.

Over Xmas my dad gifted me an old 1960's era .22 Ruger and my brother in law gifted me a .45 Remington 1911, so I have a pretty good jump now.

I would like to pick up a Springfield XDM 9mm to fill out the collection.

I can't shoot my Sig Pro for shit.

don't know if it's the sights, or DA/SA, or what. I love the gun; feels great etc. but can't shoot for **** with it.
Probably the sites. I couldn't shoot my XD very well until my sites were fixed/adjusted.
now it's dead on balls accurate.

No, I don't think it's brand new. It's a fun gun to shoot, though.
