I will say, the longer this draws out, the less confident I'm feeling. Not ready to jump off a bridge yet, but this needs to get done.

It's not that the Tampa 2 is outdated scheme-wise. It just doesn't work in the current NFL which revolves around QBs. Teams have to spend money on e QB and then build around him. The Tampa 2, in terms of the salary cap, is EXTREMELY expensive.

Yep.

My guess is that we're looking at a presser on Monday to announce Reid. If he's smart, Clark will make an announcement earlier in the day about *****'s dismissal and take some questions. Make sure that everything negative and soured is off the table and accounted for by the time that Reid speaks.

Reid's initial presser should be almost nothing but positives. Looking forward, no looking back at shit stains like *****.

What damage is going to get done?

Reid is nearly a done deal and part of that was him getting control and bringing in his own GM.

Scott ***** isn't in any position to do any "damage".

It didn't put us behind because there was no evaluation. What put us behind is the fact that ***** is really, really bad at his job.
