It is true that Andy Reid didn't call the plays for the last few years. Marty did, who is awful. Reid and Marty have identical offensive philosophies though, so they are like a hive mind. So it was basically Andy Reid's offense.

okay heres what my radio guy emailed me about 2:00 pm. He said he got this from his buddy he used to work with thats in Philly now, that's covered Reid for 10 years.

Reid has final say over players and coaches. Free agents and releases are totally his decision.
