The only time I doubted his commitment was when he didn't fire ***** on Monday. I always thought he wanted to win and he thought he was doing the best thing in hiring *****. I congratulate him on taking the bull by the horns.

With Reid's salary and the type of big-name staff he'll likely assemble, the Chiefs are almost certainly going to have one of the most expensive coaching staffs and front offices in the league.

Hunt is providing the resources. The exciting thing is that Reid is a proven commodity, an individual who will be able to use these resources appropriately and effectively.

Just a fantastic last couple of days.
