New Netflix Additions

Netflix is killing it the last couple weeks.

Here are a few new shows they got the rights to:

Live Action
Revolution, Fringe, The West Wing, Chuck, Childrens Hospital, The Following, 666 Park Avenue, Longmire, Political Animals

Cartoons
Regular Show, Adventure Time, Robot Chicken, The Boondocks, Aqua Teen, Johnny Bravo, Ben 10, Green Lantern

Now I know some of those Live Action shows are 1 and done seasons, but Fringe, The West Wing, Chuck, Regular Show, Adventure Time are ****ing huge gets by Netflix. That $8 is a great value and I hope it doesn't rise any time soon.

It streams internet video to your TV. Lots of channels, some free and some charge. Lots of esoteric free content.

Get a roku box, netflix, and Hulu and you really could get rid of cable/satellite.

I have three LED TV's that can connect to anything on the internet as well as two Blu Ray DVD players that connect to the internet on my non-internet TV's.

I'd recommend a Sony Blu Ray before a Roku or any other box. At least you'll have a Blu Ray players.

Oh, and I disagree with your assumption. I'll never get rid of Direct TV and all of its channels. AT&T, Time Warner, Cox and the internet aren't even a close second.

More like 1,041.

Meh. It depends on how invested you want to become in your electronic entertainment. I've got an old 32" TV in my living room. It has attached to it:

a blue ray player
one old video game system
a Roku
a VCR

The piece of furniture holding all of this marvelous technology is against a side wall of our living room. If you've stopped laughing long enough to continue reading yet, we do still have a couple of movie rental places in town that carry old VHS tapes so I left the VCR hooked up.

i bought a sony blu ray player for netflix instead of using my xbox all the time, plus my xbox is hooked up to a computer monitor and its great.

I got into one tree hill. haha go go netflix! they have a ton of tv shows i never seen or heard of before and i have found quite a few entertaining. They also got some UK shows and if you like UK humor its not bad.

Actually, I misspoke: I have three Sony Bluray players with internet access.

It's 2013, not 1979.
