Why do the Anti-Gun crowd hate women?

Why do the Anti-Gun crowd hate women?
Why would you want to make it harder or impossible for a woman to defend herself against rape or sexual assault?

Remember, just because you are the wormy squirly girly man type and most women can kick your ass anyway does not mean there are not others out there she can't and may need a little help to equalize..

If you start from a base point that an armed woman who is well trained/educated in the use of her firearm is safer from violent crime, I think it naturally follows that it would benefit our society if we could help more women get to that point. Especially in high risk areas.

at that explanation....

The Gun Show Loophole isn't actually a loophole since it's completely legal and always has been. And it actually occurs everywhere, and not just gun shows. Despite the fact that "Gun Show Loophole" is actually 3 words that completely incorrectly describe the action, we're just going to continue to call it that. I mean how could anyone ever get that mixed up......

I have recently found out that if I am standing in line at a Taco Bell I can legally fart. I will now refer to that as the Taco Bell Loophole.

Is it generally illegal to fart? Not sure this qualifies as a loophole.

If it helps just one person avoid the dangers of taco farts, we have to close the Taco Bell Loophole.

Some studies are more conclusive than others, I'll admit as much.

You continue to completely ignore this study, however, which directly underlines the argument that greater gun prevalence (which you clearly advocate) means greater homicide rates.

Yeah, like when I was getting brass knuckles delivered to me head, I didn't need one.
Or when my gfs were getting their heads beat into the concrete....I had to rely on my car as a weapon like it was an army tank. That did work.
Woulda been faster with a gun.

You must mean date rape?

I've not seen a compelling argument that the high homicide rates in Chicago are because of gun control. I've only seen correlation there, not causation.

The United States and Mexico are not particularly culturally equivalent. They're not in our league, culturally or economically.

When you analyze the countries that are ("the West"), there seems to be a pretty straight line with very few outliers: greater gun control = fewer gun deaths.

I've yet to find a gun control proponent that can even explain what the "Gun Show Loophole" even is, let alone how they plan to close it. The truth is that there is absolutely no such thing as a gun show loophole. There is no activity that is legal at a gun show, which is not equally legal outside of a gun show. I challenge any anti gun person to show otherwise.

The proposed legislation includes action against things that don't really exist. Pretty good indicator that this is all bullshit political talk with no basis in reality.
I've already addressed this, and I know you've since responded, but I wanted to mark that I've read this post.
