Why do the Anti-Gun crowd hate women?
Why would you want to make it harder or impossible for a woman to defend herself against rape or sexual assault?

Remember, just because you are the wormy squirly girly man type and most women can kick your ass anyway does not mean there are not others out there she can't and may need a little help to equalize..

There isn't enough money or manpower to effectively supply enough assets to constantly police our entire nation. That's a good thing. I'd rather not live in a police state. Luckily we still do have citizens who will, if allowed, help to guard our society. Thankfully we have a founding document that allows that to happen if it is adhered to.

Well, that's a decision to be made locally. To argue there isn't enough money or manpower in all places is not remotely true.

That's fine and everything, you're allowed to believe what you want for whatever reason, but let's not pretend like this is a serious stance against tyranny, because I bet you're perfectly fine with warrantless wiretapping, domestic drones, habeas corpus suspension for US citizens who haven't been convincted, the Patriot Act, disproportionate punishment of government whisteblowers -- all of which do everything in their power to enhance a police state.

Of course, that's all an aside. But making sure police forces have the resources they need for domestic tranquility (which is what I'm suggesting) isn't the same thing as a police state.

You haven't been paying attention. I'm a registered Libertarian. I disagree with their platform on a few issues, but there's is the one that I agree with the most. You're just throwing shit against the wall and hoping that something sticks.

As many as it takes to kill him I guess. Could be 1, could be 5, but if you can't kill someone after shooting them 5 times you probably shouldn't own a gun. I guess that wouldn't be fair either because you could miss a bunch. I don't know maybe less than 20.
