So, now that we have had time to adjust and absorb the smoking ban, how do you feel about it? Was it a good thing, a bad thing, still an unholy infringement on our "civil rights", or do you just not care one way or another?

3 liberals and whatever the **** KCNATIVE is calling himself these days. Actually I have no clue if the 3 banned are all liberals, really doesn't make a lick of difference. It's just the first three that decided other people's rights aren't that big of a deal... so I decided to illustrate the consequences of that line of thought to them. And YES it isn't a RIGHT to post on a BBS , let's try to be a little less literal...

As I said, I really don't know their political views.. hell other than Dirk I'm not sure who the other two I banned were, I'd have to check the log. And Dirk is someone I normally respect as a poster so it's not prejudiced outside of this single topic. Except for KCNATIVE, that was just fun.

And IF they are all liberals, maybe it's systemic in the liberal mindset to be free and easy with other people's rights like they are with other people's money. Just a thought.

EDIT: to be clear it is REALLY easy (two clicks) to ban someone... so the other two shouldn't feel bad that I honestly don't know who they were without looking it up.

Dirk didn't do anything anymore stupid than anyone else has done here. There's a reason you chose him, it wasn't arbitrary. He challenged you, you banned him.
