After the fact - KC's smoking ban, three+ years later

So, now that we have had time to adjust and absorb the smoking ban, how do you feel about it? Was it a good thing, a bad thing, still an unholy infringement on our "civil rights", or do you just not care one way or another?

Yes, your post made it seem as if you were saying I was editing people's posts in THIS thread.

And I'm not a ****ing MOD. That's annoying.

And no I won't unban Dirk. In all likelihood he doesn''t give a shit and my entire point is moot...but hopefully ...maybe... it annoys him enough to make my point stick... even if he still completely disagrees and thinks I am a total douche... at least he'll know how others feel about him when he supports crap like a smoking ban.

I don't come here enough to know who the DC arch enemies are, but I just have to say that my favorite that I've read and know about are definitely AustinChief and Direckshun.

That’s why I tend to keep my mouth shut regarding how the board is run. I know I’m accepting a free ride so I just take it as it comes or leave if it becomes too much for me to stomach.

To be honest, i have ZERO issue with people telling me how to run the board... I would however take issue with someone passing a law FORCING me to run it how they want. As it is, people telling me what they want (or ranting) is not an issue.

I don;t have a thin skin but I do have a nonexistent fuse on certain issues. You should try to argue with me over seat belt laws! And I'm not infallible but compared to you I can see how it would seem that way.

I have admitted that it is ridiculous to think a smoking ban is somehow justified... my equally ridiculous response proves a not so ridiculous point.

There is nuance in this that I don't have ANY expectation you will appreciate. Hell, you can't follow overt reasoning it would be absurd to think you could follow here.
